To complete their Cook&Hold range, Moduline designed their Smoker Ovens: a line of low-temperature ovens that come with an external electric smoker allowing you to infuse your food with the robust taste of smoking.
"Via the Touch screen, smoking can be programmed to 3 levels: soft, medium and hard"
While smoking is particularly suitable for cooking meat, it can also be performed at room temperature to sliced meats, fresh dairy products, vegetables, raw meat, etc.
Through use of the Touch controls, options such as to smoke without cooking, or even the ability to combine room temperature smoking with hot smoking during the cooking process while also controlling the smoking temperature and time at a touch.
