The large, single pan fryers from Lotus, made in Italy, are one of the most flexible and versatile ranges on the market. The versatility comes directly from the large basin size, increasing your options in regards to what you fry as well as the size of the product.
The fryers are perfect for small to medium sized operations, such as food trucks and quick service restaurants that need high volume frying capabilities for confectionery products, such as doughnuts, all the way up to schnitzels and whole fish.

All the fryers in this range are constructed with 18/10 AISI 304 grade stainless steel with a scotch-brite finish, large basin/tank that is the perfect width and depth for frying, high output burners for rapid heat times and oil filter.
