New Product: Baron Electric Chargrill With Water Bath
A great addition to the Queen9 series cooking equipment lineup from Baron are the new electric chargrills with water bath giving you the perfect balance for creating tasty meals cooked to perfection, tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.
The sturdy, heavy duty cast iron grate is perfect for grilling meat or seafood and the high powered heating elements provide fast heat up times and precise temperature control for each burner.
Currently only available in the Queen9, 900 mm deep cooking line, there are two versions to choose from, a single burner, 400mm wide or a double burner option at 800mm wide.

Other features include AISI304 stainless steel construction, 2mm thick worktops, IPX5 rated knobs, splash guards on sides & rear and an extractable drawer for water.
- Open cabinet standard, doors optional extra.
- Heating elements with in Incoloy 800 positioned under the cooking grids.
- Temperature controlled with energy regulating device.
- Splash guards on sides and rear.
- Front fat-collection trough easily removable for cleaning.
- Extractable drawers for fat collection and water containment (manual water filling).
