The BIZERBA VS 12 D is an automatic vertical slicer for preparing cold cuts, sausages and cheese in retail and foodservice settings. Its powered carriage supports pre-slicing, with manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operating modes for different preparation requirements.
An automatic depositing arm arranges slices without hand contact. Multiple depositing patterns allow portions and stacks to be prepared, including placement onto paper or foil. The upright carriage provides a clear view of the slicing result, while membrane-keyboard controls support operation.
