The Polaris in-house laboratory carries out thermodynamic tests on the functions and operation of the appliances in the various climatic classes as well as consumption tests to ensure energy efficiency in their products. Every appliance undergoes end-of-line electrical and operating tests.

From the design to the manufactured product

The refrigeration systems, frames, cabinets and counters are designed by a technical office that is highly attentive to market demands and environmental protection.

The Polaris refrigeration systems may use natural gases, while ecological environment-friendly foams are used for the insulation.

State-of-the-art production plant The whole manufacturing process takes place in the Polaris facilities. Precision laser machines cut and shape the sheet steel. After the machined plates have been assembled, the resulting frame is then insulated with high-pressure foam moulding systems that ensure uniformity, minimum waste and consequently less environmental impact: less foam waste means less need to dispose of it and therefore a more ecological system. The condensing unit and the frame are put together and the appliance is then customised according to specific customer requirements.
