Renova Banqueting and Regenerating Carts, are a high quality cabinet manufactured in Italy and sold worldwide. All cabinets are fully insulated and made from high grade 304 stainless steel. Self-closing doors and humidity control is standard on all cabinets, which makes these unique.

Using a built in water tank (on mobile units) and a humidity sensor, total humidity control is achievable. Regulated using a humidity controller knob, water is injected onto the element and disperses throughout the cabinet by the fan.

The humidity exhaust vent can be manually opened for steam to escape, if dry heat is required in the cabinet. Standard, half doors are provided to minimise the loss of heat during opening of the cabinet.
